At present we maintain only Linux servers & 1.3.37 (Unix) , using Apache for HTTP delivery.
I already have a domain name, how do I host it with you?
After you have signed up with us, contact your present domain name registrar and change the name servers of your domain name to our server.
Can I have more than one domain name hosted on my account?
Yes. Please refer to the specific plans with regard to the limit of domain names you can host per account.
Can I create sub-domains within my account?
Yes, using our control cPanel, you can set up unlimited sub-domain names dynamically.

What is your policy concerning the kind of websites that can be hosted with you?
iWebsglobal accepts all personal and commercial websites. All websites must conform to our TOS (Terms of Service) . Any violations to our TOS will result in immediate termination of your account and all monies paid to us will not be refunded.
I've already built my website elsewhere. Can you transfer it over for me?
Unfortunately we're not able to do this. Your website data is completely confidential to you, so we're unable to access your files. However, to transfer it over to us you can simply make a local copy of all your files and then upload it to our servers using FTP.
Will I be able to view my website with a temporary IP address?
The ability to view an account using a temporary URL is sometimes useful whilst waiting for your domain name to go live. Please refer to your hosting account setup email.
Do I need to transfer my domain to you to use your hosting?
If you are happy to leave your domain name where it is at the moment, you can simply get the name servers changed over. We would handle your website and emails.
Do I have to have a registered domain name before I open an account?
No, you can register a domain name at the point of order if you wish. However, please note that all hosting accounts need to have a domain name associated with them.
Can I change the domain name on the hosting account in the future?
Yes on Linux shared hosting accounts this is possible.
Can I just buy a domain name without hosting?
Yes you can. Simply visit our domain name section for offering flexible control over domains at great value.
How long do you take to activate my hosting account after payment have been made?
Activation of hosting account usually is instant, but please allow up to 3 hour for us to setup your account.
My hosting plan is under promotion price when i sign up, so when i am going to renew my hosting plan, will i get the same promotion price?
Yes you will get the same hosting price in future whenever you renew your hosting service, please see your recurring billing invoice details.
I have received my hosting account details, so how to upload my files into the server?
Please use FTP Client for easy upload of your files, you may get a free FTP Client at www.smartftp.com to download. Please note that all files have to be upload inside the root directory " Public_Html " folder, do not upload your files into any other folder outside the root directory.
What happens if I go over my storage quota?
Our system will not let you go over your storage quota.
Are domains refundable?
No. Domain name registration/renewal is final and not refundable.

We will not allowed clients to host any web site that in our estimation contains pornographic content or material that violates U.S.A. copyright law. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline to host or to cease hosting any objectionable web site.
Is there a limit to the number of times I can make changes to my web site?
We do not place any limits on how often or when you can update your site. Your server is available to you 24/7 for you to update through FTP. There is no charge for making changes to your web site.

What if my site breaks your Terms of Service?
Users' sites may be suspended for violations of policy, or if extreme, or second time offenders, sites may be cancelled. Each occurence is dealt with on a case by case basis, and we try to work things out with every client.
